I have a 780Ti Kingpin, I am getting the windows kernel display driver error, Never Overclocked this card

Things I have tried:
1. Clean install
2. Making sure every driver is up to date
3. Checked All other hardware in another build just to be sure
4.Pulled 780ti out and used another card which fixes the problem so I have it narrowed down to the card.
Fixes I found that work
1.Underclock the gpu by 50Mhz  : this is the only way I can do anything on it currently
2.Switched cards which fixed it
3.Sent in for RMA

My question is why I can underclock the card and it works fine but the card is built to overclock.......

My question is why I can underclock the card and it works fine but the card is built to overclock.......

The card is unstable. Underclocking it makes it more stable.

You will not die for 3-4 weeks until everything finish you can't do nothing else if card is not stable.
Gaming while wait crash is something worse, that completely spoil enjoying in gaming.
Always is best to keep one card just for backup, enough strong for some games at least and few weeks will pass faster.
