GWSAMNES - Gaming /Workstation/Server/Ark/Media /NAS Experimental System
 
Here is my recently completed system. It took about 2 months to get Intel to ship me the processor!
Planning-Design-Completion took about 1 Year.
 
Minimum Watt Use @ 86 Watts
Typical Gaming Load @ under 300 Watts
Size Under 1 Cubic Foot

Raid 1 - System Drives
Raid 5 - Data Drives

Room Temp: 78 Degrees F

*GPU Light - Max Load = 93C
*CPU Gaming Load 90% = 78C
*WDC RE4 Harddrive Max Load = 66C

    Here is an update with an EVGA 980 GTX Reference finally got it for $549

    Guild Wars 2
    Gaming load: 93C core (Steady)
    10%-90% Core Load (Fluctuate constantly)
     
    Geforce 980 GTX Reference
     
    Guild Wars 2
    Gaming load: 65-69C core
    30%-35% Core Load
     
    Also the watt usage seem to beat the AMD Zerocore in long idle

    Yes that is what I thought, even with a small case the heat is greatly reduced with the newest NVIDIA 9XX series of GPUs.
