hi guys @EVGA,
 
I want to make the long story short so I just jump in it.
 
I placed an order for a 100-CK-1300-B9 black sleeved G2/P2 cable set on 11/18/2014 (EVGA EU).
I payed the same day through PayPal and charged within minutes, so far so good.
 
a whole bunch of 2 working days the status of my order was "Pending for Verification" and listed under "Open" in order history.
on the 3rd working day, the 11/21/2014, the order was moved to the "Completed" folder but still with the order status "Pending for Verification".
additionally from day one I'm supposed to read "Your order has not shipped. Tracking number: Empty".
 
today the 11/22/2014, 4 days after placing the order the situation is still pretty the same as you can see below.
 

 
so why don't you stop kidding me EVGA?
 
I ordered a few parts from a very small shop in Germany and on the 3rd working day after I had the package in my hands.
additionally all the order processing steps were stated correctly.
 
you are not able to do the same and stop irritating me?

    thanks JoeyC, I'd really like to know if someone there is not doing his job right or if there is a page or database malfunction.
    I expect the EVGA page and order system to work at least as good as the hardware EVGA is known for.
    or even to work better. is it too much?

    glad to see you received your product. I had a similar situation a few years ago when I ordered some sli bridges I purchases from evga and the answer I got from them was it can take several days for the bank transaction to officially clear before the status changes. and I still received what I ordered and my bank account reflected the payment almost immediately.

    I got the package today but EVGA EU is still "Pending Verification".

    I can confirm that we are working on updating our EU systems to ensure that tracking is shown on orders once shipped, but unfortunately the system does have an error that we are working on. I am very sorry for any inconvenience.
     
    If anyone else placed a order on our EU site and is in need of tracking information then please email me at chrisb@evga.com with your order number and I will have this sent to you to assist.

    I find it just very strange that EVGA is not able to provide a simple and consistent order tracking.

    Dear EVGA Support Team,
     
    I am wondering if this issue is also causing the tracking system for the EVGA GTX 970 Backplate Promotion not to work for EU customers. It states that the backplate should ship in mid-November and this status did not change since my request was approved.
     
    To make it simple:
    1. Would you please give us an update? Have the backplates already been send to EU customers?
    2. If so, can I request a tracking ID by sending you an eMail? When can we expect the backplates to arrive?

    I did some research on my own and found a real issue causing the irritation.
     
    - while being logged in the EVGA forums if you choose "Support" from the drop down menu it leads you to the EVGA US support and your "Purchase History" there. no problem so far.
    - logging to the EVGA EU and going the same path leads you to your "Purchase History" there. no problem as well.
     
    - THE PROBLEM: your purchase history on EVGA US doesn't match your purchase history on EVGA EU.
    that's what causes the irritation as depending on where you are opening your purchase history from you see different information.
     
    I hope this issue will get fixed soon by either synchronizing the data or just directing the user to the right location for him.
    why should a user from EU be able to see his "wrong" order history on EVGA US no matter he can never purchase something from there?!

    I can confirm that the issue you report is the issue Chris mentioned we are working on.  I expect this will be resolve within the next few days so both US site and EU site show the same information.
