Problem BIOS and C in Display motherboard

Hi guys , I wanted to know what the letter C stands for display in the motherboard ... sometimes I have this problem and seems to be a problem in overclocking .... also I no longer get into the bios to power ..... EVGA Dark x79 , intel core i7 3930 overclock 4400Mhz, Corsair 16GB DDR3 dominator ... thanks for the answers

    what is your memory configuration? C often referred on this board is related to memory initialization. I would start with your memory check. need more info on memory size and config. are all 8 dims full etc.

    I have 4 dimm memory Corsair quad channel 9-11-10-27 at 2133 MHz where initially I had no problems ... now I can not get into the bios with the k canc ... I have to reset ?

    are you using the F2 key instead of the delete key? what bios you using. I use the 2.10 v. have you tried all 3 bios to get in the bios? F2 I get in just fine but some others claim to use delete key. try using one stick of ram in the appropriate slot.
