UPS Ground was $15 for me. USPS always moves packages slow around here, so I don't even bother. I guess it helps that I live like 1/4 mile from a UPS center though haha.

^^ I feel you! I'll only have one 980, but this Swift is amaaaaazing! Can't even use it right now though :( I'm running on a 4850 until that 980 gets in haha.
Yes, its a sexy beast! Best monitor I've ever owned, the colors like everyone else say's could be better but all the other features make up for it, zero dead pixels and very little black light bleed, I'm very impressed with it!

I requested step-up on 10/25. Judging from what other people have waited I guess it will take around another month. Still loving my 770 while I wait though :)

Started on October 11th. Nothing for me yet either. :'( upgrading from gtx780 to gtx980 acx 2.0. It's all good. It'll happen soon I'm sure.

The card you chose is a big part of it. Those of us who stepped up on the 19th and were able to choose the reference model kind of got hosed. The queue seems to finally be moving at a decent pace now though.

no trying to complain but i am pretty disheartened on how long its taking. i also submitted on the 24th of september and thought today would be the day, since the 19th for folks was last week. the step program is very nice of EVGA but i am really just using it to try and retain some value of my 780, which dropped ~$150, by getting a 980 to sell when the GM200 chip comes out. i hope to get it before that because i fully expect people's desire to get a 980 will lessen then and lower the resale value. with a single 1080 screen, i am about to just get a 780(ti) classy and skip it.

Dude, the stepup is for a greater purpose, not for you to retain some value on a gpu. You just said you're going to sale it anyway. You should just be happy you are able to step up, and evga has this program... Stop being a whinny turd.

I'm not sure what the greater purpose would be if not to retain some value on your GPU if you just recently updated when something new came up (that's in the program description as well). It just bothers me that the cards were in stock for a while on the website and now they are out of stock again while some of us are still in the queue... I also see no reason for the lack of information regarding the queue position on the website instead of just giving you a "pending" status and letting you know when it's your turn. Also, I don't think providing constructive criticism of a program that for many of us is one of the reasons we went with EVGA in the first place makes anyone a whinny turd.

It's been posted before, but every time EVGA receives cards, a portion are set aside for Step-Up and others are set aside for online sale.
I've been in queue for just under 2 months now (09/23) for a 980 ACX, but I'm not in any huge rush.

I submitted two step-up requests to the 980 reference model on September 22nd and am still 'Pending' in the queue. Been almost two months now which I find kind of crazy. Hoping there is some movement soon so that I can get the cards before the end of the year! Good luck everyone.

If you would post what card you stepped up to that would be helpful for others, instead of just complaining. I stepped up on Oct 14 and have not heard back from them yet. The card i'm stepping up to is a 970 ACX 2.0.

I don't know how fast the 970 acx 2.0 queue is moving, but I submitted my step up back in September. Nothing yet. Not in any rush though.

Well my package was supposed to have been delivered yesterday and it now it simply says there's no information... yesterday it never even said anything about being out for delivery... simply still in transit. This is lame. Watch me stuck without a good gpu now for a month because of some shipping problem...

You can't. They will send you an email when it's your turn, and until then the status will show as "Pending".

Stop being a whinny turd. ah excuse me dude but the purpose of the step up program is for us the retain the value of our cards - that is why you get what you paid for credited towards the next. had it not been for maxwell's release - i would have used it for a 780ti. btw, kettle meet pot - i looked at your first few posts on this board. complaining about the 980 not being available @midnight when reviewed is pretty . . sensitive. . just saying.

Stuck with a broken GTX780 at the moment. It turns on, I can hear the windows chime, but I get a black screen, and the fans get super loud. Tried moving it to the other PCI slot, but no dice. Also hooked my monitor up directly to the motherboard, and that worked fine, so I'm pretty sure the card is the problem. I still cant believe this happened the night before Far Cry 4 and Dragon Age: Inquisition came out. My new GTX980 ACX 2.0 cant come soon enough. Started step up program Oct 11th. :)

I started my set-up request on 24th October (the final day possible for me) and had the Queue Complete notification last Wednesday (19th November). Since then it's been in 'Verifying Invoice and Pricing' status. The email said it would be reviewed within 1-2 business days after invoice upload (I uploaded mine months ago when I registered the card), but I've not heard anything since. I guess they might have had a big stock delivery and now have a whole load of requests to go through, but I hope I hear from them soon.

What did you step up to - 970 or 980? US or UK? Seems like the UK queue is moving a lot faster than the US queue, as well as the 970 queue in general.

What did you step up to - 970 or 980? US or UK? Seems like the UK queue is moving a lot faster than the US queue, as well as the 970 queue in general.
Sorry, I totally forgot to mention any of that.  I'm in the UK and I'm stepping to the 980 ACX 2.0 from a 780 SC ACX.
