Well I have a Paypal Visa and tried twice to make a purchase from the store. Result: more than 525€ charged in my bank account, no trace of the purchase in my profile, several unanswered emails or if so, irresoluteness and almost two weeks waiting for the items.
 
Truly bad customer service...
 
Lets see how this end.

271€ refounded. Another 271€ still pending after 3 weeks. I am too tired of writing emails and get no answers or very late replies (2-3 days). Sorry guys, once I get my money back I go to Seasonic or Superflower (sucks!!). I might have a wrong concept of what "excellent customer service" (EVGA market it) means but certainly it is not this. EVGA EU has a lot to learn from EVGA US.

What? Is that right?

Which most likely means additional bs fees and whatnot. And another thing I don't want or wouldn't otherwise need.
I'm sure it's convenient for the store, but it's not very consumer friendly to limit payments to just one method. Seems quite ridiculous actually - first time I see such a thing.
 
Well, I still have ten days to decide whether I want to bother with it I guess. [Or more like 10 months, lol]

I use PayPal already for many years. I do not recall having paid additional fees or something else. Yes, it is maybe a little consumer unfriendly to have only this paying method. But remember that you can purchase at the EVGA-shop for the MRSP. So if you are lucky to get a card you save hundreds of €'s.

That is one big factor, yes, I'm aware.
I have not delved deep into terms of use, but I have already noticed that if your bank has a hiccup and blocks the initial payment for some reason you will pay a fee of 10 €.

Paypal is definitely the most secure option out there. I guess that EVGA will have it as payment option sooner or later.

They do have it. The problem is they don't have an alternative for Europe - it's only paypal here.

I wish they would accept PayPal as well.
