Running windows 8.1
16GB RAM
EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti

Per a previous post, I was able to get my gpu clock settled down and CoD AW to run.   Per the suggestions in that post, I de-installed the video driver and on re-install did a custom and only loaded the graphics driver, PhysX, and GeForce Experience.  I also did a clean install on EVGA PrecisionX.  During the re-install, a newer version of the driver also installed.  The speed of the GPU clock now ranges from 324MHz to 990 MHz depending on what is running (doesn't stay pegged at 990 MHz which was the previous issue).

Now I get issues with the driver crashing and hanging the system.  Attached are the xml outputs of the errors which are occurring.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
