Definitely correct. But at max RPM, the 4.10 gears would have a lower top speed than 3.08's.
I was thinking at a given speed (he had stated a specific speed), at 140 MPH on 4.10 gears you would be spinning the drive shaft more (higher RPM) than at 140 MPH at 3.08's or whatever rear axle ratio was originally.  That is why I gave the answer I did to:

If I misunderstood the direction you were going with it, sorry, not wanting to sound like I gave REALLY obvious information :)  Just an avid gearhead, love performance vehicles, and the question sounded straight forward.
 
We might be saying the same thing here, just not seeing it  :)

That's exactly what I meant. Because at the same speeds, My driveshaft is spinning much faster than it normally would, Like I could be doing 7k RPM (About to begin redlining) at 140MPH, Where as with my normal 2.73's I'd be around 4-5K RPM, Which in turn means that with my current set up, Which means I'd be in more risk of the drive shaft busting than someone running stock gears.
