Drivers for the MX 400 series haven't been updated in a very long time; there really isn't much to recommend. GeForce.com only lists one driver package, found here: http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/81.98/81.98_forceware_win9x_english.exe This is from when the driver package was still called Forceware, and this is release 80 of that package, and should work in Windows 95.

Those are likely the best that you can find for that card and OS. You *might* be able to get the 93.71 XP drivers to install, but IIRC, there were a lot of installer hacks or updates from Microsoft that you had to use to shoehorn the drivers into Win9x. You might want to check some archived threads on here, or over at LaptopVideo2Go, as they have good info on driver packs for legacy systems.

I agree with 93.71, my go to driver back in the day...  likely still have a copy.
