Almost 4 months and never got my rebate lol

Just remembered I bought a new PSU back in July and it came with a $20 rebate which I filled out and sent it. On the rebate tracking it says 
7/25/2014 5:55:06 PMReward Card processingConfirm. #: Ship Date:07/30/2014  
Well it's now October 27th and I still never got it lol, also I moved about 2 weeks ago so is there anyway to get it sent to my new address. Also I know the people who moved into where I use to live and they haven't seen it either

    We tried locating your rebate using the information on your account, however it appears to not bring up any rebates, possibly due to your recent move. I sent you an email at the address listed on your account to try and gather the information necessary for us to find your rebate information, and am currently awaiting your response. You can also email rebates@evga.com if you need further assistance.
