I'm just wondering why the steam version seems so much larger of a download, is it because it's all unpacked files or something? surely achievement tracking isn't taking up 90 MB is it?
 
Edit: it seems it's because it's including a ton of DX9 versions in (by default) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\EVGA PrecisionX\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010
 
Not sure if that's needed or why it's in the steam version but not the stand alone version
