I like the looks of the Camaro BUT I would go with the Mustang.  I cannot stand the interior of the Camaro.  I drove a 2014 for a while and just didn't care for it..  I do like the Mustang interior and plus I have family that worked for Ford.

Easily the mustang, but if you're gonna show one of the Hot versions of the camaro, show off a semi hot version of the mustang to boot not some plain jane GT.



That still doesn't help the Mustang lol.
 
Not even sure that car would roll without rubbing the rims, let alone the tires. I didn't think it was possible to make the Mustang look more awkward, but they did it.


It seems fairly obvious your knowledge of stancing a car is pretty low. I run a more aggressive setup than that on my car and I don't rub my rims or tires... So what you said is completely irelephant. Of note I have less than 3MM of lateral clearence between my tire and my fender...


It seem fairly obvious your knowledge on a good looking ride is pretty low. The front rim is tilted in at the top, looks horrible, the tires are stuff up under the wheel-well, looks terrible and why Ford went with a staggered offset is beyond me and looks hideous on the car you have pictured with the rear wheel having a deep dish to it and the front wheel has no dish. It's awkward and I didn't think one could make the 2015 Mustang look any worse.

Huge failure, I went in and test drove a 2012 Camaro 2SS 45th Anniversary with only 2,900 miles!!!
 
I loved it, The price was $26,000 and then my negative equity took play, LOL... $640 a month.
 
Had to walk away..... I'm just going to be happy with what I have and upgrade 2 years from now when I have the majority of the loan paid off.

I loved it, The price was $26,000 and then my negative equity took play, LOL... $640 a month.
 
Had to walk away..... I'm just going to be happy with what I have and upgrade 2 years from now when I have the majority of the loan paid off.


2 years from now you should be able to get your hands on a 2016 Camaro.

Have you ever considered getting a used GTR? There are plenty with under 30,000 miles on them for around $60,000-$70,000. I'm a fan of the Camaro and Mustang, however I would buy a GTR if I were going to spend that much.

I revoke all previous statements. How the hell are these things so cheap now? $36k for a Mustang GT and nearly the same for a Camaro? The V8 Camaro (2008? was that the first year?) was $50k at launch (my brother almost bought one). How are they so cheap?
 
Why I thought GTR.
As I mentioned, I thought the V8 model was nearly $50k.
I also feel as if any version of these cars that's worth anything is a special edition with a beefed up engine. The Ford GT 50th Edition is $46,000 and the Camaro ZL1 is $55,000. (those numbers are from Google). So for me, I'd rather have a GTR even if it isn't new.

Man Rush your going to be a debt slave forever if you keep this up switching from car to car to car. Sounds like to me you keep getting influenced by everyone with their opinions which is causing you to change your mind and be unhappy with what you got. And yes I know if you win the lottery you dont have to worry about being in debt. But you have a better chance at being president of the USA then winning the lottery.

In your situation.... I would pay off the current 'stang ASAP, debt is never fun. Drive it for another 5 years, mod it some more, etc.
 
Can't recall all the mods you have but really I'd think a modded V6 can be just as fun to drive as a stock V8. Personally I'd stick to the V6, you get lower payments, lower insurance, better MPG, and really it still gets you from A --> B. I know how it is, I wanted my first car to be the '12 Accord V6 Coupe but I ended up with a 12' V4 Civic sedan. But really it still accomplishes the same thing, and it's a reasonably nice car. I think your current car is actually really much better looking than anything I've seen recently. (American made that is.)
 
 
If you must have more V's just look into buying an Audi or BMW V10 engine. That will set you back more than the car is worth though lol.

^I would LOVE to get a Lotus Exige S actually, its basically my dream car short of a Ferrari, I just don't believe in going into debt or ruining credit over a car. (Or for that matter, staying in debt).

I was writing in the context of Rush's situation and my own status as a full time student. You are half right though, I have no patience or passion for owning a truck lol.

Additionally his car does look a lot better than the others he's looking at.

If you are serious it is because the cylinders in a civic 4 cylinder motor are all in line. An engine in a v configuration usually have half the cylinders opposed to the other half at an angle of around 90°.
