Can someone explain how to turn on Framerate in the OSD?  It will not let me click on it because it is grayed out.

@z999, it worked in 5.2.2 but ever since 5.2.3 it does not work anymore.

Still on 4.2.1 here... I'll give this build a go now that it's matured somewhat.  

Just wanted to report a really annoying bug: The F5 key is bound to something in PrecisionX (not sure what). Every time it's pushed in a game, the game pauses for about a second -- this kills me in fast-paced titles. I can't figure out what the F5 is actually used for and how to unbind it in PrecisionX.

iaint, f5 is default quicksave button for most games.   i always get a half second stutter when i hit it.

I believe that F5 is the Precision screenshot button. You might notice a bunch of random screenshots have been taken by Precision.

I think I read somewhere that precision x 16 allows 780 ti classified to overvolt to 1.3. Anyone know if this is true?

Of course not.  The whole reason EVGA hired its own team of software engineers to produce these newer versions of Precision was to get away from the Rivatuner software engineer who was holding the old Precision versions hostage by refusing to incorporate new requested updates and refusing to provide support.
 
To be more accurate, you really should uninstall Rivatuner and Afterburner before you even use these version of Precision.  If you use the two software at the same time, there is a high chance that they will conflict and create what appears as bugs.

Also still getting incorrect voltage reading even though it's set to 1.3v (sw), it shows as 1.21v.

 
Software does NOT read voltage correct.. it never did, especially on the 780ti series. So, the answer hasn't changed.  Get a Multimeter, and connect a probe it to get the correct reading.

OK how do I turn it on?

Make sure you set up the OSD settings in the menu.  
 
Once you are done, on the left side, you will see "graph" and click that.
 

 
then highlight your GPUs :-) make sure yo use the drop down to turn on what you want to see under "Monitor Data Settings"

It works fine. You have to hit the System button, not the GPU1/GPU2 buttons for framerate.

Can you please fix the following 5.2.4 issues, which have not yet been fixed?
 
1) The F5 key erroneously saves a screenshot to the Precision X 16 screenshot folder, even if the user does not have a "SCREEN CAPTURE HOTKEY" set or has cleared it. It also causes a severe stutter, when writing that huge (8MB @ 1080p) .bmp file. My game uses F5, and your software is interfering by not respecting my setting of "no hotkey".

2) When I set "FONT SIZE KEYBOARD LCD" to "Small Font", it erroneously still uses the medium font on my Logitech G15 v2 keyboard. In fact, there is no way for me to fit all the vitals of my 3 GPUs on my keyboard's display, until you fix this problem. :(

3) The "TEMPERATURE HYSTERESIS" setting is not working. I have it set to 3*C, but I can clearly see the fan % fluctuating up and down each second, when the temperature of the GPU increases or decreases by 1*C, on my 3rd GPU.
 
If you need any additional info, please don't hesitate to ask. I want PrecisionX 16 to succeed, but I feel you could respond better to the people posting problems. I hope it gets better.
