i hope this ain't the wrong section, but i tried to OC my evga gtx 770 a bit i used Precision X to do it and i think i got it damaged or something. i wasn't feeling comfortable with overclocking so i set everything back to default even though it was working and now i've been playing shadow of mordor a lot and i started to see artifacts after i set it back to default so am a bit worried did i damage the my video card somehow and how do i know for sure if there is something wrong with it?

Welcome to the forums..Uninstall Precision, uninstall GeForce Experience (if installed) through Control Panel and perform a Custom (Advanced) clean install of the driver, selecting only to install PhysX and HD Audio along with the Graphics Driver..Reboot even if not prompted to do so..Install Precision again..Take it from there.

The fan speed might not go down more at that temperature unless you make a custom Fan Curve in Precision..If you have K-Boost enabled or Power management mode set to Prefer maximum performance set globally in the NVIDIA Control Panel it will make your card idle hotter due to not idling down..I see your card is at 1110MHz, should be waaaay lower at idle.
