I just received my EVGA Gtx 970 SSC ACX 2.0. I installed it ran and it ran perfectly for the first time. The second time after restarting my computer my screen had a whole bunch of weird looking boxes. I restarted the computer again and it went back to normal. Can anyone tell me if it looks like my card might be defective.

    Yep, looks like defective VRAM.
