I've got nothing against Red Bull...they've done nothing wrong to me so I have no reason to receive 10 bucks from them.

I never bought redbull and even if i did, i wouldn't file a claim for what will probably end up being $2 or less. How come no one is suing Subway for its misleading advertisement of Foot long subs. How about suing EVGA for is misleading "The World's Most Efficient GPU + Air Cooler".
All 3 heat pipes on GTX970 ACS 2.0 cooler doesn't even touch gpu and were suppose to believe it's The World's Most Efficient GPU + Air Cooler.
Just about every company has misleading advertisements or "slogan".

Holo, be careful. I did the same for about 20 days straight and it ended up giving me irregular heart rhythms, caused panic attacks and elevated my blood pressure too high.
With that said, I do drink a redbull every now and again still...I opted for $15 worth of redbull product.

Just FYI, when you join those class action lawsuits...you're agreeing to give up information about yourself. Also its pretty unethical to join a class action lawsuit that doesn't affect you.

but ya gotta hurry, only 13Million was allocated to the suit. If you sign in to late you get nadda.
I personally didnt do it, as I would have sued if I got some kind of wings from it.
But, to not get the wings, I am giddy about it. I am sure they would have been some worthless mosquito wings, that would ring and people would slap at me when walking by.

Saw this on slickdeals a while back. I opted for the free redbull (sugar free of course) I think I remember reading that you wont get it until late 2015 or something. I will forget about it and then be surprised. I'd rather drink a rockstar or a monster but free is free.

That's because you already got your wings in the Air Force. I understand why companies will settle suits rather than fight them. Plenty of monetary reasons, and often the company can settle without admitting fault. However, this is a pretty ridiculous lawsuit. I would actually rather spend the money fighting a suit like this rather than letting my company be talked about as the latest victim of frivolous lawsuits.

I'm not even filling it out. I drink like 30oz of redbull per day. lol
I also know, that 100% i will not grow wings from a drink. Let alone filling out the form due to a insane lawsuit because someone could not figure that out. If you even got through the 5th grade you should be able to figure that out. If you have to sue someone for that reason, Especially a company who supports so much you are sad.
