Mine got stuck too, I looked on EOC they say 861k for month of october , today I have done 51k, EVGA shows 642k for the month of October, I had no points done yesterday, so it looks like I am missing 160k points on EVGA side. 

Normally, as per my experience, on the EVGA side it is normally delayed sometimes up to 400K points. You will notice that it is not updating once you try to stop at a specific set of points at EOC and wait if EVGA side will catch up. Or normally, even for delayed number of points, you would see your points being updated even by a few every day.
 
In my case now, the 1.3M was the last update last week. I had reached 1.5M points last October 9th and that was 4 days ago at EOC. But on EVGA, it remained until now at 1.3M

You know, I have an odd problem as well, but since rob is here may as well bring it up. For October it lists me at juuust over 1.5mill and for this month it has me at around ~850k. However on EOC I only have 1.3mill last month, but 1.1mill for this month. They both add up to the same total points but I'm not sure if I should the button to claim 1.5mill for october. 

I think you should click the request button when your points are displayed correctly.

Evga shows me at 1,317,134 but got 1,597,278 points altleast thats what eoc shows. Would be nice to know which is rightBeen that way for a week now.

Still no updates 

This is the real drama.... I want my Mapo!  Oh... wait, maybe it's not that serious. YET!

Day 10... looks like the points might be coming in, or my jump starting it with another WU fold might have helped.  Now at 1 Mil according to EVGA.  Should be 2.3 Mil but it's a start.  Maybe Rob is still working on it.

When it comes to requesting the points I always wait until both eoc and evga report me as above the threshold.
There is usually a disparity between eoc and evga and normally eoc reports higher than evga to me.
 
Evga seems to update once every 24 hours and sometimes feels lagging but for me always updates in the end.
 
I'd certainly be frustrated if evga stopped for several days but wouldn't panic as I believe you can request at any time after (don't quote me on it)
 
Drop an email if you get past the threshold and evga hasn't updated for a few days or more.

Just FYI - He's asked me for a few different samplings of points over the last week or so, so there's definitely SOMETHING going on, I just can't speak to what it is. I'll keep providing any data that's requested as well as doing what I can to keep you guys updated.

Yup.. .but if you read my post it hadn't updated for me in 10 days... and I'm way behind.  My intention was to update Rob on progress from my prospective.  I've been folding for at least a week... .  I was able and did request the first $5 and amazingly it was approved and posted in less than 4 hours.  Normally that's a 24 hour event from approval to post.  So I know they are working slavishly behind the scenes.

I sent a query out to customer service yesterday (contact customer service > website or promotions) but never got a reply.
 
Just now I sent an email to Rob.
 
I did try to add more points to see if there would be movements or changes. And there were. I added 68,074 points and 68,074 points were added. So, it means that EVGA folding page is updating. However, where's the missing points? 

Just fyi, taking the usual lag in resultsinto account, I'd say I'm about 1.5mil out or one-and-a-half day's folding. I got my bucks so not worried much. Just giving my tuppence.

Added 166k points and after 2 days EVGA folding&home page showed I have 1.5M points.

However, EOC stats show that I have 1.7M

Then, looking back at EVGA folding&home stats page, my September points went up from 1.5M to 1.8M - maybe that's where the missing points went?

Anyhow, I'm just waiting now for the 1.5M approval

hmm i seem to be getting w.u that are taking 6 days and only giving 28000 w.u.I usually am done 1.5 mill by the 15-20th: but this month because of these w.u am lucky if i will make 1.5 mill by the end of the month.
Folding with 2x 770s on win7.Anyone else running into these?
