So yea fraud... I can read and understand clearly what I am told, if it was meant to mean something else then clarify that... but don't say i'm making bold statements like I'm lying to troll no... I'm grown and have my own business I don't sit on forums 24/7 with no pay because I have no life... get real dude at this point your looking more and more desperate even on other threads your saying the same statements and giving the same crappy advice... "go elsewhere" seem like your getting angry at the fact that I'm right rather than taking your own advice and reading before responding... dude get a life and pass this information along to someone who can actually do something about it rather than troll customers with your lack of restraint.

The code was public, as Tyger has said. I call it improperly attained, because if it was fraud then there would be a court case. EVGA may charge the end user for the coming, who knows. I didn't see it on my invoice. I know MSI isn't setting to many records with their hardware or software, and they were charging more for the 780ti Gaming edition when I purchased my Classified cards. If you ask me, at least EVGA isn't charging a lot more for a cool looking cooler on their card (personally, I don't like the ACX at all, and did like the msi card) but price and customer service won me over and then the card showed it's true colors.

When it comes to software, I am now patient with updating. I did a few auto updates, and like Itorsini just said, "Please don't tell me to shut off the software updates ... its really not the point", I didn't have to worry about that from the start. 4.2.1 worked well, and I don't have updates enabled anyway, so I didn't think about the notifications. My apologies for that, but day 1 of the release was already a poop flinging contest because of the articles linked above.

As far as EVGA pulling down the software, it's their choice. I do not agree with how they are handling it, and I didn't agree with how they handled the Ti Classified BIOS issue on release.. I threw a fit when my cards were set to deliver, and people were having issues trying to get them to overclock at all, because of the 1.212v limit placed by NVidia... I whined and complained and when EVGA got around the issue, they released the fixes and tried to make things better.

Complaining over and over on here is not helping. Think I am trolling? Have fun, because I am not. The software on the disk (if you don't have it, PM me an address, I have 6 copies of it and will send one over) has worked for me in the past and will get you running until there is a legit fix.

Now, about the 24/7 comment.. I noticed your USA quip at the end of the Yale statement. I am in the US, sitting at home, wiring for my Fiancé to get off work. It is boring and I enjoy helping people on the forums. If you don't think I would send out free stuff, you have obviously been focusing on the posts you don't agree with and not looking at the items I have sent to people for free to get their cards functioning, the time I have spent testing stuff for people on here and on OCN (little things usually, like enabling and disabling SLI with certain third party bios options causing issues). I spend a lot of time around the forums while I am sitting around bored. When I go to work, I may occasionally glance at my phone if I get an interesting notification. Read into what I do however you want, and Form whatever opinion you would like. You don't phase me and saying so doesn't bother me.

Sahafiec has a post with a direct link up as well. Like I said, send me an address and I will send over a gpu cd as soon as I get back to Korea. I have plenty and it will be free of charge. (50¢ for a stamp is not enough to cry about)

i had my fan turned down and i uninstalled when i was updating drivers.  Now i can't turn the fan back up (Deleted/Quoting foul language) am i supposed to do?

Reinstall the drivers.

It has been less than 2 months; not a few months. They have to fix reported bugs and completely redesign the user interface and skinning system because the old developer got mad about EVGA cloning his publicly documented skin system.

Well I hope it comes out soon. I just like it better than version 4.
