Any idea when gtx 970 or 980TISC ACX 8GB arrives?

Cause i have made my mind to not get anything less than 8GB due to games like watch dogs already uses more than 4GB when maxed out in one screen, and since i am a nvidia surround gamer, i need more than 3 or 6GB.

    Watchdogs is a pretty terrible and laughable example to use...
