I bought a 780 from newegg not too long ago and it came with borderlands presequel free. When I look at my invoices it shows an invoice for the card and a separate invoice for the game. I paid $470 for the card and want to submit a step up on this card. I already started a step up on the first card i bought from amazon and am waiting to get in queue. Will the fact that I got a free game affect the price or do I just upload both invoices to show I paid the $470 for the card? Thanks for the help.

The game holds no value *against your STEP-UP. The price you paid for the card was 470, so 470 will go toward the step up :-)

    Hope that helps.

    Hello Revl8er,

Scarlet-Tech is correct, if the price paid for the graphics card was $470, then that is the amount you would enter in your Step-Up request.   To make sure we get the correct invoice uploaded to your account,  I would ask that you email both copies to Support@EVGA.com and we will make sure the correct one is attached to your account.  Please also make sure to include the serial number within the email to us.   If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact out 24 hour Technical Support team via phone:  888.881.3842 and press 1.

Alright, thank you for the reply.  Just wondering because the invoice says Discount for autoadd -$59.99 and has a promo code which took off $68.90 so on the first invoice it has $401.10 then I have a separate invoice for the game which was $59.99 even though the game was free with the card at the time.  I'll just go ahead an upload both so you'll have it in your records.  Not sure why newegg does it like this, Amazon didn't have a separate invoice for Watch Dogs when I got it with my previous 780.
