I have just installed Folding@home client on my pc.
I'm running 2 x GTX 780 SC at stock
This is what i am getting:

Doesn't look normal to me for these GPU's? Is there anything i need to setup?
Sorry to sound like a noob, haven't folded in long time

Give it an hour or two to warm up, you should be getting 400-450k PPD by then I think.

At 4% to 5% completed will give you a better PPD.
Per tucker147 PPD is about right for one P13000 & one P13001 Projects running.

As others have said, be  patient.  Let it run for around and hour and then recheck.  When I first start, I always get these funky numbers, but after a but they are where they should be.  400K to 450K should be the range, but again it depends on the types of items you are getting.  It may 200K one time and it may be 600K another.  It all depends on what they are sending your machine.

    I don't think he'll get 200k on a 13000.

That's strange, because I was getting about 80k-100k ppd on 13000 with 780 SC.

A Titan Black will give 231K PPD with a 13,000 project. Sounds like you may need to free up extra CPU threads, I locked the SMP client to -4 and that seems to work nicely.

    Have water, will cool.

I agree, somethings out of whack there. My 780 FTW gets 180k PPD consistently for the 13000-13001's. I try not to use more than 75% cpu for anything else though while GPU folding.
