I am trying to write to tech support so that I can obtain a rma for my dead gtx480 and I'm receiving error messages.  Without posting everything this is what I'm seeing.

Server Error in '/Support/Ticket' Application.

Validation of viewstate MAC failed. If this application is hosted by a Web Farm or cluster, ensure that <machineKey> configuration specifies the same validationKey and validation algorithm. AutoGenerate cannot be used in a cluster.

Thanks Jayson.  I was able to post my question using firefox right after I posted this here.

What browser are you using?  I was able to successfully submit a ticket using Chrome.  If it is urgent, you can send your request to support@evga.com.

....turns out it is working and I just spammed support with 6 messages, it didn't give me a confirmation so I thought it was still acting up.
