I do apologize for any confusion however to answer your question, unfortunately not all regions offer the same kind of promotion.  Currently we are offering this promotion in the EU region.  We do have an option for you to purchase an extended warranty in the US up to 10 years.  I can confirm that the packaging of the product, our website in your region and micro center's website do indicate the correct information regarding warranty length.  Unfortunately we would not be able to extend your warranty as it does not qualify for the promotion.  We do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

I can assure you that EVGA does not dislike residents of America.  This is simply a promotion that was not offered to this region.  We as well in the US have different promotions that you will not see in our Europe, South America and Taiwan support regions.
