Can we have a breakdown on the rest of the system, what all components do you have?Especially with memory, what specs?
Also, what BSOD code are you getting?

i am unsure what the blue screen says cause it auto reboots so fast and C:\Windows\Minidump is empty i been @ a stable 4.3ghz but if i try to go 4.4 or higher it will quickly get stuck in a reboot loop when windows loads.

That is strange for only 100MHz difference, normally you would BSOD first.  Is 4.3 stable, and what tests did you run to see if it was stable?  You can also check BSOD codes in event viewer too.  I know there is a way to make it show in W8, I read it a while back, but I don't remember, personally I'm a W7 user.

At 4.3 does it pass LinX at max memory load?

For your memory, please manually enter the speed latency AND Voltage for the RAM and retry, XMP may not have picked it up.

If you go into safe mode after a failed reboot at 4.4, event viewer should show you code for the reboot.

Well every chip has it's frequency where it needs a big boost in voltage to get a small amount of Mghz.

Definitely true, but that is a bit low.  It is entirely possible you are right, but that is also why I asked those other questions.

True. OP should post all his settings, not just hardware.

i followed the X99 Quick OC guide http://forums.evga.com/EV...ng-Guide-m2208949.aspx but i tried adding +125  to  +160 on the offset as i went higher then 4.2ghz and as far as ram i am still having issues with XMP not being picked up by the mobo but the timings are 15-15-15-35 as they should be
