Looking for low noise 200mm and 230mm case fans

I need to buy some exhaust fans for the top of these cases; nzxt phantom 820 and rosewill blackhawk ultra
 
Should I just stick with the stock fans that these cases came with or is there something better out there for these sizes?

    Most 200mm and larger fans are quite crappy, there aren't any outstanding replacement options unfortunately.  However if you're willing to get creative, the Silverstone AP182 should be an excellent fan.
