E758 only seeing 8gb of 12gb installed ram

Recently I pulled my e760 classified mb out because the 930 on it died and I had this e758 with a 920 put up as the backup.  Once I got it installed I noticed that it only saw 8gb of the installed 12gb.  Is this a problem with this mb or am I going to have to rma this thing and move the cpu over to the classified so I can have full use of my ram?

    Try the steps in the FAQ here as it could be an issue with settings.
