Ctrl key Disable on Game Ussing X 15/16

Hello everyone have litter issues with my X 15/16 i play games like AION  WOW Dawngate this games you use comammds wtih CTRL key like CTRL +1 when i have EVGA Pression x15/16 dosent work just when i close the aplication with riva tunner i dont have this problem can anyone help me with this problem how to fix or disable this command in EVGA sofware

    I am having the same problem, I play FFXIV, and was running an older version of precision X before today, upgraded to the new one in prep for my 2 GTX 970's coming tomorrow and all CTRL keys no longer work. I use them as combo keys with my G510.
     
    Also, if you have nvidia experience running in addition to Precision X, FFXIV screen freezes.  You can heard everything in the background and the game is still running, but your screen is just frozen.  Killing nVidia experience stops that, but you lose CTRL keys still.  I had to disable my OC and close Precision X.  This won't be an option when I get my new cards, I hope its not still a problem.  I have 2 670 FTW's right now.

    • CPU: 5900X / 3800XT
    • MB: Asus Strix X570-E / Asus TUF B550

    Playing WoW here...most of my CTRL keybindins are screwed up. Way to go EVGA... can somebody provide a link to the old Precision X version? 4. something

    Make sure they are not bound to anything in the control panel.  I had set up my Macro key to turn on OSD and such, and it disabled my keys from being able to work, so it may take you 1/2 a second to fix.  Take a look and verify prior to deleting it.

    Nothing is bound using the Ctrl key. My only bound key is the OSD toggle function as F9 and even that doesn't work ...

    Then I am really not sure what it could be.  Hopefully they will take a look into this soon. 
     
    I wish they would do "beta" testing with specific people to spread out the test and have the issues reported before the release.

    There are multiple threads reporting this same bug and multiple reports in the bug report thread.  Please look around (it's not hard to find) before you create yet another duplicate thread stating the same thing over which no one has a solution for other than to wait for EVGA to fix it.
