Hey guys. I'm experiencing huge fps drops all of a sudden on my GTX780 SC. I mostly play BF4 and I used to get 95-75 fps on high settings. Today I was lucky if it hit 35. I've reinstalled everything, still no go. Any one else experiencing these problems?

lol yes! since the latest patch, at times my framerate will plummet! 2 fixes I have found are to delete your BF4 settings file, launch the game and re-adjust your video settings. 2nd method is to simply Alt-Tab mid game once issues is happening, and this seems to fix it as-well, at least for the remainder of that round. Do not bother trying different video drivers or anything else of that nature, it's a Brokenfield 4 issue. Here is a 55 page forum on Battlelog with tons of users experiencing this issue, and it's happening to both AMD & NVIDIA users since the July 8th Patch.

This is all assuming all your other games are running fine too...........

I always joke that uninstalling BF4 has fixed my issues, but it hasn't shown a single performance issue since I got rid of it, so that has been my best solution to date.  I loved playing it, but it is still way to buggy.

Glad the problem was an easy fix though.
