I'm looking to put my EVGA 670 ftw+ 4gb on ebay to sell. What is a fair price. I don't want to over price it. But don't want to screw myself out money either. I know it's a hard card to find. I tried to find one to Sli it but couldn't.

There a handful listed..although I don't know the part number. None of them seem to have bids. with the 970 and other newer cards being in the 225-330 range that offer more if not the same performance...I imagine you'll be looking @ 175-225 for a sale price minus the ebay 10% final value fee.  You might be better off listing on Amazon as the seller fees are a bit less.

part number I found listed on ebay was EVGA-04G-P4-3673-KR
