Step up queue still shows pending

I started the step-up last week. According to the support page of step-up program, I should be in the queue and waiting for approve. However, it still shows pending. I would like to ask how long does it take from starting to be in queue?

    The cards were just released Friday, I highly doubt they work on the weekend. Imagine the amount of orders and step-up requests they got flooded with on Friday. They have to review each invoice and process each step-up probably with a manual process. Have patience...

    Some people did get a queue number tho.

    okay, well then theirs got processed and yours did not yet.... again...patience. I did mine Friday around 12noon est when they first showed up on the step-up list and mine isn't even processed yet.

    yeah they don't email you. I wont a scavenger hunt thing last yr. Try messaging them and say you're a bit late. With all the bad press their getting with their cards they shouldn't knock you for being a week late.
