    JLMS,

Why don't you look into something like the swiftech 8 pwm controller board which is like 9.99 here in the united states. It connects straight to the pwer supply through a sata cable and is controlled by your cpu fan header. This can control up to 8 fans. I personally use it on my stinger z97. Two are used for my cpu cooler and 5 are used for case fans. Your fans must be 4pin pwm fans. It is inexpensive and very nice. Whatever your cpu rpm would be or however you set it thats how all the fans in your case will be so if you have loud fans this might not be a option. Just Thought i would throw it out there for you

Thanks for that.  It is a good find.  I just decided to get a fan controller.  Lol
