i hope this get sorted out  this is the 3rd time for me  to get a failing  unit so i opted for other model for replacement as  weve agreed on the email.  but now according to the open rma status you are sending  same model again and i refuse to accept that model anymore its causing me a lot of trouble and  inconvenience on my part to spend a lot just for the rma shipping and  tax payment.
