x 99 classified boot issue

Just started up my new x99 board and boot gets stuck on 60 post. Reseated video card and memory. No change. Tried a old video card still no luck.
running a i7 5820k and gskill 3000 memory.
Any help would be appreciated . Kind of thinking it's a DOA board. Hope I'm wrong

    Which DIMM slots are ya using and how much memory?

    Well figured my issue out from another post. Was thinking old school ram order. So my 5 / 7 was actually in slots 6/8. Lol what a relief.
