I recently started the step up from my 760 to a 980 over the phone, but when I go into the my products page to see my position in the queue, I just see a message that my card is not eligible for the Step up program. The reason I called was because I saw that message and the person I spoke, said it wasn't a issue and that I was good to go. I have gotten the first email letting me know I am in the queue, but I would like to know what position I am. Has anyone else seen this happen? Should I just try customer service on Monday? Or does it just take a few days to update?

Thanks for the help guys.

imagine dealing with a massive amount of people submitting requests at the same time, friday...before the weekend..when their not working. Nobody has been given a position yet..everything says pending.

    be patient..

Your position in the queue will not be available for review. It's actually not even available for us techs to look at. You are generated a random ID for your queue position, and then when your ID makes it through the queue, you will be notified.

Hmm that's odd. I remember for my last step-up I could actually see what spot in the queue I was in.. guess it changed over the years?

So did EVGA change the queue being shown without changing any documentation? I only ask because my email says I can see my position at any time under my products.
