GTX 570 Artifacted then died

As the title says my card artifacted for about 2 seconds then just died on me. It is only 2 years old and really has not been put under any stress. I do not over clock my cards, I put them into my system as is and play games and update the drivers weekly. Any recommendations or suggestions, or instructions for what I can do or should do would be appreciated. Thank you.

    If the card is still under warranty it would be best to start an RMA. If the card isn't under warranty you could try baking the video card to see if it will bring it back to life.
