My mouse seems to like to be at the flat position lol.  Every day I have to adjust it raising the height.  Very odd.  Anyone else having this issue.  I really don't want to deal with RMA over a mouse.

I haven't heard of it yet, but I use my mouse at the flat position... Luckily, I am getting another one with my new motherboard. Wanna trade your slightly used for a brand new? I won't be able to ship it until it arrives, for fairly obvious reasons, but... I mean, it will only cost you a few dollars to ship it through the post office.

If it was a Logitech mouse you wouldn't have anything to worry about. They would work with you and send a replacement with a FREE prepaid shipping label. I love companies that give you a no hassle RMA service.

OK I just took a full look at the RMA and RMA Cross ship process for EVGA.  EVGA really might want to consider matching competitors on this.  Dear lord man, all I had to do with Logitech is send them a note and the same with Steelseries and they shipped me a new one.  No cost.  Throw away the broke one.  And that made me want to buy more down the road, so it was no loss to them.  It was great support.

For EVGA they want a full payment upfront, and wait for a credit.  This is a mouse.  Not a $3000.00 TiTan.
