560 50mhz idle problem

Whats the story with this thing going into idle mode?  The GPU steps down to 50mhz even when running videos in chrome and having my DAW going crazy with audio levels flipping out, etc... My Windows seems to error saying the display driver has a conflict and timed out. Eventually Blue Screen Of DEATH!

    I don't know if you updated the drivers, but just in case, re-install the driver for the GPU.
