i'm hoping i can be able to be good with a Supernova 850W G2

here goes

i7 4820k @ 4.4GHZ
Liquid Cooled HD 7990
32gb RAM
Wireless card-TP Link
ASUS Xonar DS 7.1 Sound card
DVD RW Drive - TSST Corp
3 Hard drives

(and yes i guess you may have noticed me somewhere D; ).

Or do i need to go for the P2 1000W power supply?.

your fine with using the 850 on that setup , but consider the 1000 if you plan on going with more cards in future - like tri-sli or quad

you'll never need more than the Supernova 850W G2 unless you go for 3 or 4 way SLI/CF.

:] thanks!.

I heard the G2 850W barely missed getting into 80+ Platinum??, i think the name alone of it really made me go for it....totally fangirled over it :').
plus made by super flower, Super Flower + Supernova, supernova is very colourful, Then throw in the super flower, ah it's just yummy sauce for my aesthetic likes :].

anyhow, it's all to replace a CX750M which has been on a spree with killing my components :(.

I've got the 850G2 and love it. With the newer cards being much more power efficient you definitely won't need anything bigger unless you go tri/quad sli.

Heck with your current setup a 700-750W PSU would be fine.

For future proofing, and piece of mind, the 1000w would be my choice.
