I go to choose the card, and the 900 series isn't an option to choose. 780ti is still the top card. Can we not step up to the new cards? this is going to be one huge let down if not. I mean, huge. I see the cards online at evga.com...
I have my invoice uploaded, and still have 60 days to step up.

Im in the same boat, emailed EVGA about it and everything.  But I just noticed that they updated the page, there are no 980s or 970s right now.  But all the 780ti's to 770s are gone.  So Im assuming they are updating the page now :)

Just noticed I was on the EU page, my mistake.  Sorry!

    hurstcurtiseric and whosrakim,

The new series was just announced and released a few hours ago.  I can assure you that we are working on getting everything on our site updated to reflect the new cards that are available and some further information about the Step Up program.  Unfortunately there are no details that I can provide at this time, but what i would suggest is to keep an eye on the Step Up page for now until further information is provided.  We do appreciate your patience.

    Nice,
I was just wondering the same thing too! I'm trying to step up from a 780 Classified, that I bought only a month ago, to a 980. Is it true that I can only step up to the reference/non-overclocked versions of the cards or can I get the EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Superclocked ACX 2.0 for example?

reference is the only stated type but on occasion a SC has been added in the past .When demand is high step up can be delayed in terms of when it is offered. Most times its been a few days or weeks  ,worse case ive seen was 3 months . Generally under a month .But its not a set in stone option ,step up is always based on the stated rules .When a new card comes out of course demand may be massively increased ,but evga does its best to get stock levels to accommodate starting cards in step up as fast as it can based on Nvidia shipments to them .Never buy expecting step up to be ready at your whim ,its dangerous. Good Luck ,im sure they will be let loose soon and the masses will be stepping up like crazy on day one :)

    • EVGA will only release reference versions of its products, NVIDIA reference spec and clock, to the Step-Up program.
    • Step-Up is limited to pre-approved graphics cards only and can only be used for exchange to a different and higher performing GPU.
    • Products known to have a limited availability will not be made available to the Step-Up program. (Limited availability determined by EVGA.)
