The only reason I would get DDR4 memory is to get a higher score on my benchmarks lol. I will stick with my cool glowing pulsing blue Avixer ram rated at 2133mhz with a latency of 9. I currently have it OCed to 2400mhz with a latency of 10. Cool thing is I still can OC my ram to 2666mhz but my latency gets a big hit to the 12s.

    Yea I'll stay with DD3 thank you very much. I see DDR4 as not only overkill but something that might be too much for a mainstream platform when Intel eventually EOLs the 1150 platform. In fact I hope they stick with DD3 for mainstream and use DD4 for extreme\high end. It would be a smart move in my opinion.
