I ordered an EVGA 780 TI Dual Classified 03G-P4-2888-KR.

First one, as the fans would ramp up the whole card would vibrate so much it would create a really loud hum due to the vibration.

Next card I got from an RMA. Scratched up, no protection on the PCIe or SLI connectors, or any of the back ports. Now one of the fans just makes a grinding noise all the time. If I stop that fan, card seems fine, but if that fan is spinning I can hear it in the next room.

Also in card #2 there is the same humming vibration noise at certain RPMs.

So this is card #2 with the same defect, a bad fan, and it is physically damaged(6+ scratches on the shiny parts). I have always recommended EVGA to friends, but I don't think I can anymore. It would be nice if they could at least take care of their customers when they do have to RMA a card.

When will EVGA step up their game and make ACX better?

Last months I didn't saw many complains on ACX Cooler.
In many case it's possible to fix if you remove cooler and check place near fan wire, sometimes wire sit bad, sometimes fins vibrate...
Next version of cooler will be much tighter and improved, I'm sure in that.
On K|NGP|N Edition people almost didn't report any issue with ACX cooler and noise and KPC is launched last.
I think RMA card are not always new, for me is important to work and OC little, stability.

Already have, they are sending another one out. This could be similar to the fin rattle people have been describing. But I don't know either way it is obnoxious

before you put the GPU in?  did you take a small screwdriver to make sure that all of the screws were tightly in.  Sometimes, from shipping (either from the manufacturer to EVGA, EVGA to reseller, or reseller to you), things jiggle loose.  I checked mine before I put the card in.  If I'm not gaming, I can't hear the card, all i hear is the quiet humming of my H220x's pump (for CPU).

Absolutely did. I noticed my last card had loose screws, so that was the first thing I did after I noticed the noise(after installation).

OK.  Then you have prob. a rattle somewhere (ACX fins or fan).  RMA (I agree with ya).  It may be the KPEs have a tighter tolerance for rattling because they're going to be run at full-speed (and then some) anyway.

Card #3 came in today, also is awful. The dreaded high pitched vibration the other two had(and the other two had other issues). But it is just getting crazy. I can't recommend this card to anyone unless they are in a very noisy room all the time, it is just obnoxious.

3 Classies with high pitched vibration?  Hmm....  Are you sure it's not coil whine?  (I know that some fins do rattle, but I'm wondering if it's now a Power issue rather than a build issue in some way)

I wish it were. But it is only when I turn the fan speed up. At very specific fan speeds it makes the vibration. And I mean vibration. Like if you touch it it is vibrating at a very high speed. I have tried this guy in two systems and have had no luck in either.

Also I doubt any kind of coil whine mainly because I don't get the vibration at 100% fan speed, or while in game in any way. This guy has no problems running benchmarks or anything like that. So for now I have a custom fan profile that tries to skip over those speeds but it still makes noise while ramping up

This is a really stupid idea.

Maybe push to get a KPE due to continued bad service?  The KPEs have a different fan structure and different fin structure.
