I dont see them doing a Kingpin version of a GM204 chip, maybe when the true flag ship cards come out we will see that.

I do see a GTX 990 happening like they did a GTX 690, the TDP would be brilliant for a GTX 990, as that one GTX 980 has a beautiful TDP of only 165 á 170 watts  Aa GTX 990 would do fine with 1x 8pins +1x 6pins for power connectors as well  Quad SLI will be fun as well with two GTX 990's if that ever will happen  Something I do see happening, just not at this very moment

I would welcome a GTX 990, although I would like if they actually increase the vram on it per gpu.

VideoCardz has the nVidia slides published: http://videocardz.com/525...slides-pictures-charts From what I can tell, the 980 is supposed to be faster than the 780 Ti (and probably the Titan Black). At least in the synthetic benchmarks, it is much faster than the Titan Black. The included technologies are impressive and I'm glad DX12 is also supported. At $549 retail price, if you haven't invested in GK110 yet, this seems like a good investment.

The 980 isn't faster then 780ti/Titan Black. The only reason it's faster is because the 780ti is running stock clocks. Clock for clock the 780ti will be faster.
