All the main blocks have been leak tested, and the Vregs cut and finished.  Assembly and leak testing up next.

WOW!! That's a big block Nate. a lot of work, time and effort went into that baby. Great work man. Just outta curiosity, can ya give us a round about price you'd sell that block for to a schlub like myself?!?! Im only asking cause this one is kinda unusual and larger than most ive seen.

Found a nice trick:

Take the factory lower Vreg plate, enlarge the holes with a 1/8" drill bit, and can still utilize it.  However, it really doesn't do much.  Its such a small aluminum part that can only absorb a small amount of heat

The block I have reduced the temps of the Southbridge over 30 C!! From 65ish C the the stock fan was doing to 30ish C with the full cover block! I didn't have temps on the mosfets, but I'm sure there cooler too! Thanks Nate!!!

Hello!

I'm Isaac from Spain. Good work man. Can you PM me with the price and availability of your x79 extreme11 blocks? My computer is dead silent but for this crazy small fan on the x79/plx and I'm considering to water cool it while keeping the rest Noctua'ed.

Thanks.

Do you make plexi tops for the blocks?
I love the block you made for me (pure beauty), but having a transparent top would be VERY helpful should I happen to get any debris or bubbles in the loop, considering the size and complicated interior of the block
All my other blocks in the loop will probably have plexi tops aswell.
The engraved logo might not look as good on a transparent top tho, I don't know..

I can make any type of cover.   PM me and I will see what I can do.

Anyway here are some updates on the current batches:

Last set of Vregs to be cut

And parts prior to bead blasting:

Note the semi-clean work bench!

These blocks are going all over the place like Australia, Spain & Holland

Some updates.  A custom order for white Delrin & gun coated black:

Most of the blocks are finished, just pending leak tests.  Keep an eye on your in-boxes.
