This monitor is absolutely insane... So easy to set up. My rig is in my sig for reference. BF4, buttery smooth. Im going to have to learn to snipe again. Even with the hardcore drops during massive gunfights/explosions.... gsync is amazing. World of Warcraft has a brand new feeling to it as well. Those are the only 2 games I have on my machine now.. but I'm going to redownload pretty much everything else and play again. Definitely worth the buy. No issues on my end in SLI/Gsync turning off.

How is SLI doing for you with Gsync? any stuttering or weird anomalies?

Erm not really besides one moment in BF4. I was in Gulf of Oman, 64 player server, sandstorm had kicked up, I hopped out of a heli as it was getting shot down.... fired a rocket at a tank on the ground... landed in front of the tank as it blew up and just as the heli crashed/blew up to the side... FPS dropped to 47 and there was a moment of "stutter" for a second or two and then everything was fine. That felt like the perfect combination of events that happened to overload SOMETHING. Whether it was my GPUs getting hammered or GSYNC trying to match the insane drop I couldnt tell you because the rest of my few-hour session was perfect. I havent tried other games yet as my 15Mbps crappy internet has a hard time making quick work downloading 30GB+ games lol.

Right on thanks for sharing your experience.

I'm not happy with SLI right now, especially with Gsync.  Gsync is so much smoother and more enjoyable for me on a single GPU

The difference for me is night and day. I'm work right now, playing some BF4 on my single GPU 780, so fast n smooth. I'll go home, fire up the SLI tinans on the swift, play the same game and not the same experience at all.

I really hope Nvidia is able to make SLI a better experience with Gsync.

My assumption is that since GSYNC is a driver-based feature that maybe their next release will provide improvements for those that are having issues. I think I just got lucky with my set up because it seems to be split fairly evenly with those that have issues and those that dont.

Have you tried running non SLI just one card?

Gsync is Hardware/firmware driven by driver where as SLI performance is driver base and SLI profiles

Try running just one card with gsync and tell what you think.

Tried it, could only play about 20 minutes. The frame rate was terrible but GSYNC barely helped. I saw far more stuttering (no tearing tho). I mean it was way better than a similar screen without GSYNC but for me, SLI + GSYNC is where it's at.

What were your frame rates? I know when I try to run on one titans and BF4 maxed out I'm down in the 35-45fps range.

Same... 35-45 was about my avg as well but id see up in the 50s sometimes but as low as high 20s for drops. GSYNC just didnt have the same effect with 1 card as it did with SLI for me.

I turned mouse acceleration ON in my torq control panel (which turns it on for the system).  I also disabled samsung magician (the ssd software).  Things got a lot better with SLI and GSYNC.

Yeah, having the mouse polling rate set high is a must.  1,000 min.  I think dustingg mentioned that earlier in this thread.

If it helps for validation purposes... I have my Logitech G502 set @ 12,000 DPI with 1000 polling. I'm one of the few that seem to have zero issues with SLI/games are fricking amazing lol

Has anyone had a problem with eyestrain on this monitor? I had no problem looking at 3x 24" Dell IPS monitors but I can't find any brightness setting that doesn't make my eyes bloodshot after a short while. Has anyone had problems with running games? for example BF4 won't go fullscreen even though its set to fullscreen, it stays windowed the whole time.

I've been playing games for hours at a time, no eye strain or related issue's.

As far as your BF4 issue, I'd think it has to be something with your config.  No problem here running BF4 at full screen and I haven't heard (read) of anyone else talking about it either.  Check your NVCPL profile settings as well as your in-game settings.  Gsync won't run in windowed mode.  Must be set to full screen.

Came from an Asus Laptop.  Built my computer this winter with the idea that the Swift was coming out in April/may.. delays aside I borrowed an old monitor from my brother hence the 1280x1040. Was not willing to purchase a 1080p monitor knowing I was waiting for the Swift. :)
TigerDirect order now says  in process and in warehouse. hopefully its shipped in the next day or so!!
