$600($500+) for a fancy TN panel is just too much. 
 
When do we get a G-sync, Adaptive-Sync 1440p IPS/100Hz panels?

Well you were right this thing makes my gaming so sweet BF 4 is crazy smooth now.  I read alot about 1080p at 27 inches and I didnt like what I read i was a little worried when I hooked it up but I dont see anything at all wrong with it.
 
Games are so smooth with it I feel like I have a new computer this x58 platform I guess I will stay with till she lets the smoke out.
 
Thanks Nvidia for Gsync...you know I may have paid too much for this thing but looking at it another way as if I would need a second card to get the smooth feel I would say I saved money by just buying a monitor.
 
Anyways just thought I would share my experience.

Thanks to Gsync I can finally be rid of SLI and all of it's issues. No more worry about profiles and scaling.

Just Bought this Monitor and a new 1tb ssd for my pc hope its worth the money I paid for it not many reviews on it I guess due to most buying the Swift.


I think you will like this monitor. It's best 1080p high HZ gaming monitor I've used so far.

How would you compare the Acer XB270H to the Asus ROG SWIFT?  Besides the higher resolution 1440p. Will it justify ( $$$ ) for the extra resolution? Is it worth the extra bucks price difference?

it's kinda hard to compare them. Color and quality wise the swift is a little better then the ACER but if your really into higher res then I'd go with the swift. The swift in MOP is Over priced, maybe if the swift was 36" and curved it might justify the price tag.

You kidding me? This monitor is like $20 less than the Swift. You'd be crazy not to just pick up the Swift at this price point. That is, unless you're dead set on staying at 1080p since the Swift is 1440p.

Ahh, price I saw was like 780! 550 makes a world of difference in price.

Saw this monitor in action about a month ago. Gsync and the fluidity of 144hz was nice. But the colors were terrible. Couldnt get past that.

And that is exactly what I did. I returned my Acer XB270H and got me the Asus ROG Swift, and WOW what a badass monitor. It is quite pricey, paid like $300 more with 3 yrs. extended full warranty but well worth it.
