WOW! I really didn't expect it to perform so well.

For $190 (including tax), it really is worth it to me. This is actually the first Core 17 WU I've gotten, so I hope it holds up! I haven't really done much to it other than a 20 MHz OC, it's much more capable, I just don't have the time to really push it yet. I really only bought it because I don't like interrupting a WU on my 770 just to game. Also the 770 pushes a lot of heat, this thing here, not much, I had a few Core 15's last night and stayed at 64c all night, so far on 9202 it's pushing 56c.

I'll keep you all updated as this week goes progresses. I'm super impressed with this card so far.

I wonder what you would get with the same project number that you have paused!
Radeon R7 260X or 260 or for a few dollars more you give you double ppd and no Core 15 projects.
     Gigabyte R9 270X GDDR5-2GB 2xDVI/HDMI/DP OC Graphics Card (GV-R927XOC-2GD) $189.99
    MSI AMD Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card $194.99
    Sapphire Radeon R9 270 2GB GDDR5 DVI-I/DVI-D/HDMI/DP Dual-X with Boost and OC Version PCI-Express Graphics Cards $169.67
MSI Computer Corp. Video Graphics Card R9 270 GAMING 2G $179.99

Also I run my cards under Water do to AMDs run so Hot.
My reference to AMD Cards are solely for Folding.

I was looking at the 260X, but the power consumption on the 750 Ti is so low. The 270X is a wicked deal actually, unfortunately I live in Canada, and it's about $250 for the same card you linked.

The 770 running a 9202 would give me ~120 00 PPD, I really don't want to run it until tonight when I'm sleeping. I predict ~200 000 PPD with Core 17's on both.

I just got a Zotac 750ti,and it pulled my classies from 750k ppd to 500k, so I pulled it out. I am working to OC the cpu now, (3930k) and after seeing this from Bc, I think I am going to sell both of my 760 4gb, and order 3 270x for Folding specifically.

That is why I got two R9 290X GPUs, for Folding 7x24.
Over the last two years with all the issues with Drivers on NVIDIA Cards, New Cards, New GPU Cores and Core 15.
Note on Core 15, they run only on NVIDIA Cards.
On your 760 4gb Cards I did Step-Up mine to 780 Cards but still Core 15 was a Killer and they are now only Crunching.

I hope they finish up soon, I head a great stint this summer without any of them.

If I go with them, I may end up getting 3-4 of the 270x cards just to leave on the x79 platform for permanent running. The 750ti us low power draw, but it doesn't produce as much as I would like. If I could afford 780's, I would definitely go that way so that I could have them fold constantly and get high ppd.

You need to look into OCing your card.  My 750 Ti SC is at +114MHz on Gpu offset and +416MHz on Mem offset with the temp only at 51C folding project 9202.

I only can hope I can use my 290x for folding 24/7, and is only one...

A computer with 2 x 290x as yours running 24/7 with the GPUs extressed can cost me +60€ (arround 77$ ) in my electric bill here in Spain at a month, assuming only 500Watts of power usage (I think is far more for the complete computer).

I'm looking into these GTX 750Ti for the efficiency/watt they have for folding.

yodap is blasting me for saying exactly the same thing. I understand nvidia card owners for the frustration when it comes to folding, just stating the current state of things. It is not normal that a 1k $ card is doing less than what a 150$ can do but that is the state right now. But I am also doing research on the matter and it seems that a weird issue is at play. People at OCN might have found something : it seems that the GTX 750 Ti folds a lot better using Fah client 7.3.6 and an AMD CPU, be it an old socket 939 or an AMD FX CPU : http://www.overclock.net/...-ti-folding-numbers/80
