    If TNT is the shipping company I assume you're in Europe so i have referred this to EVGA Europe.

    Riika, Unfortunately EVGA only covers one-way freight not including the local charge. For example: import tax. The payment request would be for local charges so you would have to contact TNT.

    now that i have the unit, the bad part is, it looks like a deffetive unit, it suddenly blacks out and  mostly wont post upon power up

    now its a hassle thing to do and charge of shipping  back and forth would be expensive

    warranty replacement sucks

    It would appear that its the "way" you run your comp setup (24/7 firefox/streaming/host) that is the issue, not the cards per se
    A cooler running 600 series would help, but its the nature of the way you run your comp thats causing repeated issues.

    Try full power shutdowns 2-3 times per week, and DO NOT do updates to your config (software) and then "walk away" assuming everything is fine...
    -->without TESTING first!
    *Many many times over the last few years a Firefox/Flash/Nvidia driver combo issue has resulted in SERIOUS problems. Some have been quite serious (card killers) for those who failed to test properly.

    That appears to be the primary issue, lack of testing
    You want to run your config in the manner you have, TEST a given software setup -completely- and then do NOT change or patch it EVER, without repeating the testing to rule out possible issues

    this issue is still not resolved,   defective unit that  i received  must be shipped back and replaced - thats ok, but   i will have to  pay  the shipping back and return of duties and taxes again,   common this is not your customers fault, youve sent me a defective untested unit then i complain on the unit youve sent me. this should be shouldered by evga.  cost of shipping back and forth and tax is very expensive here in philippines.

    I am not sure they can pay the duties on the item.  I would think the taxes would be covered, possibly, but this is something you definitely need to contact EVGA directly about.

    I am not taking sides with EVGA in this, but I would think that any time you had to send something like the GPU in, no matter the company you order from, you could still charge the duty fee.  I could be wrong about that.

    yup already awaiting for the reply, while other uses their in country distributor to send your unit  to them then they wil forward it to taiwan ex, P*L*T, one that i also know that doesnt charge me for ship back and tax  is intel, they provide me their account# so that i wont be charged  even a single dime.

    anyway i hope this could be resolved immediately
