This gives me a new appreciation of the work that went into the car. I finally understand why they went with the whole front/rear end look as well as that big shoulder. The interior of the car is so gorgeous. Its not too plane and its not too fancy for my taste. I still dont agree with them making a four cylinder mustang. That four banger kills the whole persona purpose of a muscle car. By now we should all know that a muscle car is supposed to be, mean looking and fast n loud. But I do understand the whole marketing aspect as to why Ford decided to make one. There are people out there that want the body/looks of a sports car but want the best fuel economy they can possibly get without always breaking the bank on gas. Also it could just be that many people are not comfortable and used to with all that power muscle cars have. I know for a person like my brother it would be for insurance reasons. At least it has a turbo so you get that benefit of high torque output. Really crazy how they carved out the design of the car with that clay. I would hate to have that job doing that.

The exterior looks out of proportion to me. Not a fan of this styling.

As much as the irs is a positive step in regards to improved handling, I am still going to miss the solid rear axle. One great thing is the pumpkin in the new irs is the tried and true 8.8 from the solid rear.....which means it will be nice and strong.

I actually like the body styling.  Now, give us a great stock, suspension, handling, an awesome N.A. V8, Turbo 4-cylinder with a 5/6 speed, and Ill trade-in my Monopoly money!

No. I saw the concept art of this Ford Taurus, I mean Mustang last year I believe it was. Hated it then, hate it now. As for the 4 banger, as for what serra said, he is right. I have seen a couple of my year Mustangs with 2.4L 4 bangers. I'm gonna put a 2.4L lettering on the side of my stang to throw people off and discourage thievs from wanting to steal it.

Man I actually like that 4 banger now which is not bad especially its performance numbers. 38K for a 4 banger Mustang is a lot! You can say thats STI and EVO territory. But hey as of right now I think the Mustang has those beat in power and I know MPG thats for sure. But those cars are AWD which that sucks a lot of gas so thats understandable. But WOW 46K for the GT, hell no screw that!! Plus its going to be more than that when you add the tax, title, and interest to the car when you finance it. I am willing to cough up the extra 4 grand to get me a 2012 or 2013 version of a GT500 and have that SVT Cobra badge/power. Also for those who are truck guys like myself, you cough up that extra 4 grand and get yourself a bad ass mid range fully loaded 2013 Ford Raptor.

I hope they don't have a coking issue on the intake valves with this ecoboost motor.  It has been a real issue on most of the ecoboost engines.  I would pick the V8 for the sound alone.

That's an issue with any direct injected engine.  When you don't have the detergents from the fuel flowing over the intake valve to keep them clean that is the result.  Nothing unusual, you just have to take extra steps on occasion to clean stuff up.

Yes, but the ecoboost engines have been extremely bad with heavy coking on the valves in no time at all.
