What Xeon CPUs X79 Classified supports?

I am thinking of dropping 12 Core CPU to X79 Classified. Thanks.

    no problem with last bios  on classified and dark all xeons run  fine

    Z690 classified start build
     
    X299 DARK  7900X 7740x soon 7980X
    X299 APEX
    X299 rampage Extreme
     
    E762 W3520@4.2  E679 2600k
    E760 X980 
    E761 I920
    E770 I950
    and SR2's  and SRX's
    Z87 classified , MVIE built with 4770K
    Z97 classified , ftw Z97 ,  MFVII  only wait for gigabyte LN2 
    X99 series.... classified , FTW , RE5 , oc formula, profesional , X11 , soc force , msi gaming9ack

    X79 classified, dark and RIVE, RIVBE,, xtreme11
    and many classified a panel from EVGA  no just one sample

    and other  DFI giga etc

    Go up top, click "Support" > "CPU and Memory" > "X79 Dark", then scroll down.
     
    But only one 12-core is listed:  Xeon E5-2697 v2.  
     
    That doesn't mean the others won't work, it only means EVGA hasn't tested them; but since they haven't tested them, they can't predict what would happen and thus they can't support you should you have trouble and contact them.  You ought to stick to what's on their list, and with the latest BIOS already installed with whatever CPU you have in there.

    For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].

    I Know I'm not the One that should be talking about Prices , But That Locked Multiplier 12-core 2.7GHz Xeon Lists for $4.4K, and Although they are "On Sale" now for $2.7K, There are probably some other processors for X79 that would better suit your needs, Unless of course you are as Crazy as I am.
