I would go for the FTW if it had an M2 slot. I think that's the main difference between the two. Not sure I can justify the extra $100 for the Classi. We'll see ;)

I have an evga classified x99 shipping today, so excited. I was curious though, I read Asus has included more pins in the socket for added stability. Is this true in any of the evga boards?

I've been planning on upgrading my Q6600 build to Z97, DDR3, and a 4690K. Winning an X99 would allow me to spend more towards a CPU and have more options for upgrades down the line.

What i want to know is what performance increases are to be had with the relation to the x99 chipset and DDR4 with regards to the DDR4's latency of cl15 being the lowest so far? Also, can the CL15 be reduced by increasing the DIMM's voltage and if so, by how much before it is deemed unsafe to components?

I am a little ashamed. I did not know there were motherboards coming out that supported DDR 4. This is super awesome. Also, if EVGA makes a gaming keyboard, I'll buy it. No questions asked.

I think I made a HUGE mistake leaving EVGA and going with an ASUS board. No complaints, just should have stuck with my gut feeling. EVGA is the FIRST board I've ever bought (Z77 FTW) and will be the next board in my next computer. X99 just has a nice ring to it!
